About the project

A flat in a period conversion was stripped back to the joists and rebuilt. The walls and floors were opened up so that the plumbing and electrics could be renewed at first fix.

The flat was then finished with wall panelling, a marble bathroom and oak flooring. The photographs show the hallway and bathroom before and after.

Related services: general building & refurbishment, plumbing & heating and electrical work.
