Full Project Delivery by one team
Full project delivery means London Design & Construction takes responsibility for the whole project. The design, the structural work, the plumbing, electrics and roofing, and the finishes are all carried out by a team of eight, made up of our own staff and specialist trades we work with regularly.
You deal with one person. They agree the drawings and quote with you, set the programme, coordinate the trades and building control, and hand over the finished building.

What a complete build covers
Design
A site visit, a measured survey and drawings, with the layout and specification agreed before the quote is finalised.
Structure
Groundworks, foundations, steelwork, walls and roof, inspected by building control at each stage.
Trades
Plumbing, heating, electrics, plastering, joinery, tiling and decoration, sequenced on one programme.
Handover
The finished building is handed over with the building control completion certificate and the electrical and gas certificates.

What does design and build mean?
One company is responsible for both the design and the construction. There is a single contract and a single point of contact, and the drawings are produced by the team that will build from them.
Who will I deal with during the project?
One named point of contact from the first visit to handover. They run the programme and coordinate every trade, so you are not passing messages between separate contractors.
How is the project priced?
After a site visit and agreed drawings, you receive a clear written quote. Quotes for new projects are free.
Can changes be made once work has started?
Yes. A change is priced and agreed with you before it is carried out, and the programme is updated to reflect it.
